How to Register?

1. Click ‘Online Registration’ button below. First page is the confirmation of Valör Congress Organization’s Information Form within the context of Personal Data Protection Law. To start registration you’re requested to confirm by clicking on ‘’I have read and agreed’’.
2. On the second page, select ‘New Registration’ and on the second page write your personal information.
3. The third page requires registration selection.
4. The forth page is optional accommodation part. If you want to make hotel booking, you are required to select the hotel, room type and check-in/out dates on this page.
5. The fifth page is optional airport transfer service part. If you want to book airport transfer, you are required to select the service and add your flight information.
6. The last part is payment page. Please select either credit card or bank transfer.
• If you’ll pay by bank transfer, please copy the reference code that will appear just after selecting bank transfer and add it as explanation in your bank transfer. To complete the registration and payment process, please make sure that the invoice information is written correctly. After submitting your form, you’ll receive ‘’Bank Transfer Request’’ email which summarizes your orders. This e-mail does not mean that your orders are confirmed. They will be confirmed after the bank transfer is received by the organizing secretariat.
• If you pay the for the selected services by credit card, you’ll automatically receive your ‘’Registration Confirmation’’ e-mail. This e-mail means that your payment is completed successfully and your orders are confirmed.

Up to 1 April 2022 – %100 will be refunded.
From 2 April to 1 August – %50 will be refunded.
From 1 August – No refund.
